These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all used vehicles listed for sale through our platform or services. By advertising, listing, or selling a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The seller is fully responsible for ensuring all information provided about the vehicle is accurate and truthful, including but not limited to:
Make, model, and year
Mileage
Service history
Known faults or issues
Modifications
Condition of interior, exterior, wheels, and tyres
Previous accidents or damage
MOT status
The seller must provide clear, current photographs of the vehicle, including any damage or imperfections. Misleading or outdated photos are strictly prohibited.
The seller confirms they are the legal owner of the vehicle, with full rights to sell it, and that the vehicle is not stolen, written off without declaration, or under any dispute.
Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own checks and inspections before purchasing. This includes, but is not limited to:
Viewing the vehicle in person
Checking the VIN/chassis numbers
Requesting service records
Confirming MOT history
Test-driving where appropriate
We are not responsible for any issues arising after the sale.
All vehicles listed are sold as seen, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and seller.
No warranty is implied or provided unless clearly stated.
The seller sets the asking price.
Any negotiation, offers, or price adjustments must be agreed directly between the buyer and seller.
We do not guarantee the sale of any vehicle.
We act only as an advertising platform.
We:
Do not inspect vehicles
Do not verify seller claims
Are not liable for inaccurate information provided by sellers
Are not responsible for disputes, payment issues, or problems arising from the sale
All transactions are strictly between buyer and seller.
Sellers and buyers are encouraged to use safe, traceable methods of payment.
We are not responsible for fraud, scams, or financial losses arising from vehicle transactions.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that:
Contains false or misleading information
Uses inappropriate content
Fails to meet our standards
Violates these Terms
We may also suspend or ban users who repeatedly breach our guidelines.
Any personal information provided (names, addresses, photos, registration numbers) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal details with third parties outside the sale process.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will apply immediately upon publication.
By listing or selling a vehicle through our platform or service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all work carried out on customer vehicles. By booking any service, repair, inspection or modification with us, the customer agrees to these Terms.
The customer must inform us of:
Any known faults
Previous repairs or modifications
Warning lights, leaks, noises, or drivability issues
Electrical or ECU changes
Any safety concerns
We are not liable for issues caused by undisclosed faults or hidden defects.
Customers must remove valuables from the vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left inside.
Work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care.
However, we cannot guarantee outcomes where pre-existing faults, wear, age, corrosion, or previous work affects the result.
We are not responsible for:
Existing faults or damage
Problems that arise due to age, wear, corrosion, poor previous repairs, or modifications
Components failing during or after repair due to their pre-existing condition
Issues caused by aftermarket parts supplied by the customer
Some repairs can expose or trigger other underlying issues; we are not liable for these.
The customer authorises us to:
Road-test the vehicle
Carry out diagnostics
Operate the vehicle as required for the job
We are not responsible for breakdowns or failures that occur during testing due to existing defects.
If the customer supplies their own parts:
We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, poor quality, or failure of those parts
No warranty is provided on labour associated with customer-supplied parts
Additional labour required due to incorrect or incompatible parts will be charged
Parts we supply may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
Labour is not covered unless stated in writing.
Quotes are estimates only. Additional costs may apply if:
Further faults are discovered
Additional labour is required
Parts seize, snap, strip, or are inaccessible due to age/corrosion
The customer requests extra work
Payment is due on collection or completion unless previously agreed.
We are not liable for:
Mechanical issues arising from underlying faults
Damage caused by rust, corrosion, seized bolts, aged components or wear
Subsequent breakdowns related to the original issue
Loss of earnings, inconvenience, or transportation costs
Modifications causing ECU faults, limp mode, emissions issues, or MOT failures
Where components break due to age or corrosion during normal work, this is considered unavoidable, and we are not liable for the replacement cost.
Once a repair is completed, we are not responsible for:
New faults that arise later
Issues that are unrelated to the work done
Damage caused by continued use of the vehicle after advice is given
Labour warranty is only provided where stated in writing.
No warranty is provided on performance modifications.
By leaving a vehicle with us, requesting work, or approving a job, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions fully.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all servicing kits, parts, and components sold by us. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms in full.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
The part or kit ordered is correct for their vehicle
Their vehicle’s make, model, engine code, year, and variation have been verified
Any modifications that may affect fitment are disclosed
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases where the customer orders the wrong part or kit.
Fitment information provided by us is based on standard, unmodified vehicles. Any deviation (tuning, previous repairs, aftermarket upgrades, etc.) may affect compatibility.
All new parts are supplied in new condition unless stated otherwise.
If any items are used, reconditioned, or refurbished, this will be specified clearly.
We are not liable for:
Damage caused during installation
Incorrect installation by customers or third parties
Damage to vehicles caused by improper fitting
Personal injury resulting from incorrect use
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Servicing kits are supplied on the basis that the customer will install them themselves or choose a competent third party to do so.
We do not provide liability for any damage caused during a DIY service.
Kits include the components listed in the product description.
We are not responsible for missing items if kits are opened, tampered with, or partially installed before a return request.
If the customer orders the wrong part, returns may be accepted only if:
The item is unused
It is in original packaging
It is returned within the specified return period
The customer is responsible for return postage.
We do not accept returns on:
Used parts
Electrical components (e.g. sensors)
Fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
Custom-made kits
Items damaged by installation
If an item is faulty, we will replace it or issue a refund after inspection.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or vehicle defects.
Some parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
This covers the part only, not labour or consequential damage.
Customer-supplied parts installed by us
Performance or modified parts
Parts fitted to tuned or altered vehicles
DIY-fitted components
Warranty may be void if:
The part is fitted incorrectly
The vehicle has underlying issues
The part is used outside of manufacturer guidelines
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by incorrect fitting
Vehicle issues unrelated to the purchased part
Loss of earnings or transportation costs
Failures caused by underlying mechanical problems
Parts used on track, competition, or off-road vehicles
All parts are used at the customer’s own risk.
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Damaged packaging must be reported upon delivery with photos provided.
Prices are correct at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
By purchasing any servicing kit or replacement part, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused
Unfitted
In its original packaging
In resellable condition
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
For safety, legal, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Electrical components (e.g., sensors, looms, MAFs, MAP sensors)
Fluids (engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, additives, cleaners)
Custom-built servicing kits
Items that have been installed or show signs of fitting
Items damaged due to incorrect handling or installation
Performance parts used on track, competition, or off-road vehicles
If you ordered the wrong part:
A return may be accepted if the item meets the “General Returns” criteria
Return shipping is paid by the customer
A small restocking fee may apply for opened, handled, or repacked items
We strongly encourage customers to check their registration, engine code, and model year before ordering.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
You must notify us within 24 hours with clear photos
Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund
Damage caused during installation or misuse is not covered
Some parts may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
Labour costs
Improper installation
Damage caused by pre-existing vehicle faults
Failures caused by modified or tuned vehicles
Wear and tear items
Once your return is accepted and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
All parts and servicing kits should be installed by a qualified technician.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect installation
Damage caused during fitting
Injury resulting from improper use of tools or equipment
Vehicle damage caused by DIY servicing or repairs
DIY fitting is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part is compatible with their vehicle.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect purchases
Fitment issues caused by modifications, tuning, or previous poor repairs
Additional labour required due to seized bolts, corrosion, or aged components
Performance parts may:
Increase stress on the drivetrain
Affect MOT emissions
Alter insurance requirements
Reduce longevity of surrounding components
We accept no liability for issues caused by installing performance or non-OEM parts.
We are not responsible for:
Subsequent vehicle failures after installation
Breakdowns related to underlying mechanical issues
Loss of earnings, transport costs, or recovery fees
Damage to vehicles used for track, competition, or off-road purposes
All parts are installed and used entirely at the customer’s own risk.
